How does Telegram linking work?
Create a link code from the Web app, then send that code to the Telegram bot with /link CODE. After linking, alert notifications can be sent to that Telegram chat.
Are alerts guaranteed to be delivered?
No alert system can guarantee delivery. Market data providers, network issues, Telegram availability, and local service downtime can all affect delivery.
