Can I receive alerts on Telegram?
Yes. Free users can create up to 10 alert rules and receive unlimited Telegram alert deliveries after linking a Telegram account.
Can I receive email crypto alerts?
Email alert delivery is included on the Pro plan together with Telegram delivery and up to 50 alert rules.
Do you support technical indicators like RSI?
The current Web MVP focuses on price levels, percentage moves, and market signal feeds. We may support technical indicators such as RSI in the future. If RSI alerts are important for your workflow, contact us and tell us what you want to monitor.
Do you support Ethereum gas fee alerts?
Gas fee monitoring is a natural fit for TokenHawk, especially for Ethereum users. The current price alert page focuses on crypto price rules, but we may add gas fee alerts in the future. Contact us if this is a priority for you.
Can one alert combine multiple conditions?
Not yet. Today, alerts are configured as individual rules. In the future, we may support combined conditions such as price plus volume, RSI plus price, or multiple market signals triggering together. If you need this, contact us and share the condition you want to build.
Can I receive alerts by SMS, phone call, or other channels?
Telegram and email are the current delivery channels. We may consider SMS, phone calls, webhooks, or other delivery methods in the future if enough users need them.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Stripe card payments are the current billing option. We may consider crypto payments in the future, especially if users want to pay with stablecoins or major crypto assets.
